  • Q : How to sign up for the GETO application ?

    A : You can use payment gateway by applying for GETO yourself. Just have a mobile phone and follow the steps as follows.
    1. First of all, you must accept terms & conditions and agreement for data sharing and tracking services.
    2. Enter Username using your email address as your Username.
    3. Enter your first name and last name and phone number.
    4. Enter mailing addresses for deliveries.
    5. Complete all mandatory fields.
    6. Set password and confirm password.
    When you receive an email to confirm that the application is successful you can log on to the website not page?? and fill in the information to access the application immediately.
  • Q : Forgot password ?

    A : follow the steps.
    1. Go to the sign in page in application and click on "Forgot password".
    2. Enter your email address used to register.
    3. The OTP to reset your password will be sent to your email address.
    4. Take the OTP code that has been received and enter in the OTP box.
    When your identity is verified you will be able to reset your password by entering the new password twice.
  • Q : Changed registered company name ?

    A : If you want to change the company name but other details such as fees, service information to be unchanged you'll have to submit the following documents to us via email or post office.

    • Registration of Amendments (บอจ.4)
    • VAT Certification (Tax ID/ภ.พ. 20)
    • Company's Registration Document (DBD)
    • The front page of your preferred Thai Bank passbook showing the account number that will collect funds.

  • Q : Credit/Debit cards can save details with GETO ?

    A : No, GETO uses a credit card or debit card payment through the bank system, so we do not save the details.

    In the future Credit and debit card details can be stored in a highly secure environment with GETO and the system will remember card details automatically on the payment page. Once enabled, customers can use a one-click payment method for their future purchases.

    In the future Multiple cards can be saved for each person and while making payment it will not be necessary to re-enter card details again. Once the card is saved, it will show up as an option upon their next checkout.

    A : GETO customer support is available by phone or email.

  • Q : Bank supported in GETO ?

    A : GETO supported credit card / debit card in visa and master card can be used in all GETO systems.

Technical Questions

  • Q : Why do we need to scan your ID card or passport ?

    A : GETO focuses on safety first. To comply with the law we need to have identity verification by scanning your ID card or passport. Below is the 3-step process.
    1. Scan ID card or passport photo page clearly and complete the information if anything is missing.
    2. Take a selfie for our system to compare the facial features.
    3. Take picture of ID card or passport holder with ID card or passport to prevent others using personal information for unauthorized used. This step can check whether the photo on ID card or passport and the selfie are the same person
  • Q : Notification of successful authentication ?

    A : The system will notify users via email when the user has been successfully registered in the system.
  • Q : What should I do if the Payee has not received the amount transferred ?

    A : Please contact GETO Customer Service call center at (+66)xxxx-xxxx to check the details and correct any issues. Please have as many details ready as possible.
